Shortly before 11 a.m., Prince William County police said officers were called to the school for unconfirmed reports of a gun.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Reports of a gun on a Woodbridge high school campus prompted a police response and search on Tuesday, according to authorities.

Shortly before 11 a.m., Prince William County police said officers were called to Gar-Field High School for unconfirmed reports of a gun seen at the school.

According to police, no weapon was found upon an initial search. No shots were fired and no injuries were reported, authorities said.
