Restaurant Customer Leaves Child In Vehicle In Woodbridge: Police
A man who left a toddler alone inside a vehicle while he was in a Woodbridge Applebee's was arrested early Saturday PWC Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man who left a toddler alone inside a vehicle while he was in Applebee's at 3330 Pine Bluff Drive was arrested early Saturday, according to Prince William County Police. Arthur Jamal Sims, 28, of the 16900 block of Point Pleasant Lane in Dumfries, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and intoxication in public.
Shortly after 12:20 a.m., police responded to the scene for a report of a child left unattended inside a vehicle in the parking lot. Soon after arriving, they located Sims, who appeared to be intoxicated. They found he left the 22-month-old boy inside the vehicle while he was in Applebee's. Another family member arrived to take the child.
