RidgeRunner Club Turkey Trot Registration is Open

The RidgeRunners Club Turkey Trot 10K Run and 5K Walk is a fun and community-friendly race held annually in Lake Ridge, Virginia since the mid-1980s.

The event promises an atmosphere of supportive camaraderie through competition and several race day bonuses: enjoy DJ Jeremy Whitham’s music mixes, take photos with our Turkey mascot, receive a finisher’s ribbon and a printed long-sleeve cotton shirt (for early and regular registrants ONLY), and enter our free raffle for prizes with your bib number. Vendors and sponsors will be on site to make this a day to remember!

The top three male and female finishers will receive a trophy while age group winners will receive a medal.

Age groups:

• 10 and younger
• 11-14
• 15-19
• 20-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60 and wiser

Additionally, the team with the most participants will be awarded a “Fittest Team” trophy while the team with the fastest three times will be awarded a “Fastest Team” trophy. You can set up a team registration easily or choose a team to join from the drop-down menu.

• 5K Walk starts at 8:30 a.m. and 10K Run starts at 9 a.m.
• The Award Ceremony will start promptly at 10:15 a.m.

Race packet pickup and race weekend registration will be held at the Tall Oaks Community Center (12298 Cotton Mill Drive) on Friday, November 21, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. or on race day from 7:15 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. No registrations will be taken after this time. (Race day registrants will not receive a shirt.)
