School Closing/Delay Update From Prince William County Schools

Prince William County Public Schools wasted no time alerting parents to a change in the schedule for Monday and Tuesday, as communities start the work of digging out from the 2016 blizzard.

All Prince William County Public Schools closed Monday and Tuesday, January 25-26 due to inclement weather in certain areas.

Code Red for employees.

All school division activities including Professional Development sessions are cancelled. SACC will not open. Telework subject to policy.

Weather-related closings could require rescheduling of the dates for grade submission and report card delivery. Details will be announced, if necessary. The ability to enter grades remotely may be helpful, depending upon how long weather-related conditions delay our return to school.
