School, Police Investigating Threat at Woodbridge High
Message left on wall threatened violence on a specific date next week, according to Prince William County Schools.

LAKE RIDGE, VA — Police and Prince William County Schools security are investigating “yet another” message written on a Woodbridge High School wall threatening violence on a specific date next week, according to a statement by the school system.
“PWCS is working closely with police to investigate and, above all, to ensure the safety of students and staff,” according to the statement.
The community will be advised if police determine there is any credible threat or need for special precautions.

A threat on Dec. 18 led to increased precautions at the school.
“We take this very seriously,” the school system statement continued. “Whomever is responsible will face serious disciplinary action.”
