School Snow Decision Made By Prince William Schools

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA — From the school system: "All Prince William County Public Schools will open two hours late (Wednesday) due to inclement weather in certain areas. SACC will open two hours late. Parents always have the option to keep children home if they have safety concerns."

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory until 9 a.m. Wednesday. Snow accumulations of at least an inch are expected, and temperatures also will be below freezing in the morning with wind gusts of up to at least 20 mph.
