Sexual Assault Suspect Turns Himself In At Quantico Marine Base
The victim reported to police that while she was sleeping, the suspect forced his way into her bedroom at sexually assaulted her.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A suspect in a March sexual assault in Woodbridge turned himself in Tuesday at Marine Corps Base Quantico without incident, according to the Prince William County Police Department. The suspect, Kevin Dejuan Green Jr., 27, was charged with rape and sodomy. Law enforcement took Green, a Marine stationed at Marine Corps Base Quantico, into custody and then contacted the Prince William County police.
On March 24, detectives with the Prince William County Police Department's special victims unit began an investigation into an alleged sexual assault that occurred at a residence in Woodbridge earlier that morning. The victim, a 22-year-old woman, reported to police that while she was sleeping, an acquaintance, identified as Green, forced his way into her bedroom and sexually assaulted her. The victim was able to separate herself and fled the room.
Green, who has no fixed address, allegedly left the residence and the victim went to an area hospital where police were contacted. Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for Green. Since the incident, police had been searching for Green, who is now being held in jail without bond.

The Naval Criminal Investigative Service has launched an investigation into the case, a Quantico base spokeswoman said.
