Spirit Halloween To Open In New Location In Woodbridge
Spirit Halloween will open in a new Woodbridge storefront this fall, the chain told Patch on Monday.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Spirit Halloween is moving to a new storefront for fall 2023 in Woodbridge, the chain told Patch on Monday.
The site will open at the storefront formerly occupied by Tuesday Morning, next to the Second and Charles on Prince William Parkway.
The Spirit chain specializes in opening temporary locations every fall to capitalize on the Halloween season. The locations, which are well-known for occupying recently vacated storefronts, sell costumes, makeup, and other seasonal decor.

Spirit Halloween officials told Patch that they couldn't confirm an opening date yet, but it would likely be in October. As of Monday, there are 99 days until Halloween.
Other Spirit Halloween locations in the region will be located in Springfield, Centreville, Falls Church, and Fredericksburg. More information about opening dates and hours are available on the Spirit website.

Tuesday Morning shuttered its doors earlier this year in Woodbridge after filing for bankruptcy earlier this year. In the filing, Chief Executive Andrew Berger cited “exceedingly burdensome debt.” In a statement, Tuesday Morning said it had secured a $51.5 million debtor-in-possession commitment from Invictus Global Management to support operations during the bankruptcy proceedings.
