Stafford Motorcyclist Dies After Collision In Dumfries: Police
A Stafford man died when the driver of a Mazda minivan collided Saturday morning with his motorcycle in Dumfries, police said.

DUMFRIES, VA — A Stafford man died when the driver of a Mazda minivan collided with his motorcycle in Dumfries Saturday morning, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
At around 9:15 a.m., police officers went to the area of Fraley Blvd. and Graham Park Rd. in Dumfries to investigate the crash. The officers found that the man riding the 2017 Honda 250L motorcycle, Alexande Zambrano Vallecillo, 31, of Stafford was traveling northbound on Fraley Blvd., approaching Graham Park Rd., when he was hit by the driver of a 2005 Mazda MPV minivan who was crossing the northbound lanes on Fraley Blvd. from Graham Park Rd.
Zambrano Vallecillo was transported to an area hospital where he later died from injuries sustained during the crash. The driver of the Mazda MVP, a 44-year-old man from Triangle, was not injured. Alcohol is not a factor in the crash, according to police.
