Stonebridge Tree Lighting in Woodbridge Friday Night

Sure, some Black Friday events are creeping into the Thanksgiving holiday. But one Woodbridge tradition will still give you a full day to shop (and maybe recover from those big turkey dinners).

On Friday night, Nov. 27, Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center hosts its tree lighting event. There‘s always lots of holiday cheer and temperatures that will be a bit nicer than we’re used to for this event.

Holiday Tree Lighting Stage Activities, Near the Fountain

6 p.m.: Those Funny Little People Elves Wally & Abby
6:15 p.m.: Holiday Tree Lighting & Holiday Carolers
7 p.m.: Those Funny Little People Elves Wally & Abby
7:30 p.m.: Holiday Carolers
8 p.m.: Those Funny Little People Elves Wally & Abby
8:15 p.m.: Holiday Carolers

Free Holiday Tree Lighting Activities, 6-8:30 p.m.

• Horse & Carriage Rides, Line Starts Near Chico’s, Line closes at 8pm. All customers in line at 8pm will receive a ride.
• Balloon Art, Near the White House Black Market
• Face Painters, Near Starbucks
• Strolling Entertainment & Carolers, Throughout the Center
