Suspect in Shooting of 12-Year-Old Arrested in Woodbridge: Police
Found passed out and intoxicated at an intersection, Bryan Ramos, 19, was charged after an investigation by Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A guy was found passed out and intoxicated on a road Tuesday night at the intersection of Kempair Drive and Kim Court — but that particular mishap was nothing compared to what was awaiting him, according to Prince William County Police.
Turns out Bryan Ramos, 19, of the 13500 block of Kaslo Court, had been wanted for about eight months in connection to an April 17 shooting.
So he was arrested and charged with aggravated malicious wounding, shooting from an occupied vehicle and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Ramos was the fifth and final suspect allegedly involved in the incident, which left a 12-year-old wounded with injuries that weren't life threatening.

Shortly before 7:30 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting. The victim was playing in the area with friends before getting into a fight with an acquaintance, and a brawl ensued.
During the fight, an SUV drove past and someone fired several rounds into the crowd, hitting the victim in the arm and lower body, and then fled.
Already arrested:
- Xina Janeth Sales and Cody Dale Broadus of Harrison Street were charged April 19.
- K'Shawn Marcellus Pearson was charged May 12.
- A juvenile.
Ramos is being held without bond.
