Teen Girl Sexually Assaulted By Family Member: PWC Police

TRIANGLE, VA — A man is being held without bond for sexually assaulting a teenage girl who's a family member, according to Prince William County Police. Ubaldo Sanchez, 39, was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery and three counts of indecent liberties by a custodian.

Earlier this week, a detective with the department's Special Victims Unit gave a presentation to a group of students at an area high school about what the bureau does. Afterward, a student privately told the detective about ongoing sexual abuse by a family member. Police investigated and found it had been happening since August 16.
