Three Young Children Home Alone in Woodbridge: Police
Their mother was charged with felony child neglect; children were 2, 5 and 8, according to Prince William County Police.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — A Woodbridge woman who left her three young children home alone Thursday night was arrested for felony child neglect, according to Prince William County Police.
Kiana Shanae Wright, 29, of the 16600 block of Galt Court, was charged with three counts of felony child neglect.
Around 8:20, police responded to a report of child neglect at the residence. When they arrived, they found the children, 2, 5 and 8, unsupervised.

When police eventually contacted the mother, she returned to the home and was arrested.
The children, unharmed, were released to family members.
