Triangle Man Exposed Himself To Children Multiple Times: Police
A Triangle man was arrested on Sunday after authorities said he exposed himself to children on multiple occasions.

TRIANGLE, VA — A man from Triangle exposed himself to children on multiple occasions between September 2022 and March 2023, the Prince William County Police Department said.
Authorities reported that the man, Robert Edward Devin, did not have any physical contact with the children.
Devin is charged with seven counts of taking indecent liberties with children and three counts of indecent exposure. His court date is set for Nov. 21 and he is being held without bond at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center.

If convicted of all charges, Devin could face up to 73 years in prison, based on Virginia's sentencing guidelines.
Authorities said witnesses saw Devin exposing himself on multiple occasions in the neighborhood over a six month period. He also made inappropriate gestures near children, according to the police report.

Detectives completed their investigation over the weekend and took Devin into custody on Sunday.
