Triangle Resident Struck From Behind With Gun, Robbed: Police
A 20-year-old man was robbed in his home Tuesday evening in Triangle after being struck from behind with a handgun, police said.
TRIANGLE, VA — A 20-year-old man was robbed in his home Tuesday evening in Triangle after being struck from behind with a handgun, the Prince William County Police Department said Wednesday. The victim reported minor injuries.
Just before 7 p.m. Tuesday, Prince William County police officers went to the Linden Park Apartments in the 18100 block of Kilmer Lane in Triangle to investigate a home invasion. The victim told police that he was walking into his apartment when four unknown men forced their way into his residence.
Once inside the apartment, the victim was struck with a handgun and then pushed to the ground. The suspects demanded the victim’s property before fleeing on foot when another resident confronted them.

A police K-9 responded to search for the suspects who were not located. The victim reported minor injuries.
According to the police, the suspects are described as a black male with black dreadlocks, last seen wearing a white t-shirt, gray sweatshirt around his waist and dark colored pants; a black male last seen wearing a black hat and all black clothing; a black male, unknown age; and a black male, unknown age.
