'Upskirting' Suspect Sought in Woodbridge: Police
Authorities are looking for man suspected of "upskirting" at a Shell station in Woodbridge, according to Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Authorities are looking for man suspected of "upskirting," rather, using a cell phone to take pictures of or film a woman below her skirt, Wednesday in a Shell gas station at 15550 Neabsco Mills Road, according to Prince William County Police.
Shortly before 9:30 p.m, police reported to the scene to investigate the reported incident. The victim , 33, of Woodbridge, told police she was inside the convenience store part of the gas station when she turned around and saw an unknown black man holding a cell phone by her skirt. When she confronted him, she noticed the phone was set on "recording" mode. He fled on foot and she called police.
