Vehicle Catches Fire In Woodbridge Crash, Driver Dies: Police
Prince William County Police say a driver had put gas in the vehicle's passenger compartment before the crash.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A car caught fire during a crash in Woodbridge Friday night, killing the driver, Prince William County Police say.
The crash happened around 6:50 p.m. Friday at Old Bridge Road and Occoquan Road. Police had found one vehicle engulfed in flames. The driver, who was the only occupant in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver's identity has not been released due to next-of-kin notifications.
Based on preliminary investigations, police believe the driver put gas in the passenger compartment of the vehicle before the crash. The gas was believed to cause the fire inside the vehicle.
