Dangerous cold temperatures to blame for decision on classes for Friday, Feb. 20.
Prince William County Schools are worried about cold temperatures expected Friday.
For Friday, February 20, 2015, All Prince William County Public Schools will be closed, code green for employees, due to predictions of dangerously cold temperatures. SACC will not open. See pwcs.edu for scheduled activities that will take place. These precautions will ensure the safety of all students, especially the thousands who walk to school. Telework subject to policy.
A wind chill advisory is in effect until noon Friday.
