Woman Abducted In Woodbridge: Police
A man is being held without bond after abducting a female acquaintance in a vehicle in Woodbridge: Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man is being held without bond after abducting a female acquaintance, refusing to let her get out of their moving vehicle and then taking her cell phone after she called a family member for help, according to Prince William County Police. Raymone Isaiah Hogan, 32, of no fixed address, is charged with abduction.
Around 2 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to the 3800 block of Koval Lane to investigate a reported abduction. The family member said she was on the phone with the victim, 44, who said she was being held against her will. Police soon found the vehicle in the area of Hillendale Drive and Prince William County Parkway.
The woman told police the two had been in an argument that got out of hand. Hogan was quickly arrested, and no injuries were reported.
