Woman Threatened With Knife To Her Neck In Dumfries: Police
Authorities are looking for a man who threatened a woman by holding a knife to her throat Wednesday in Dumfries: Prince William Police.

DUMFRIES, VA—Authorities are looking for a man who threatened a woman by holding a knife to her throat and then taking her cell phone Wednesday in the 17300 block of Cusack Lane, according to Prince William County Police. Osha Chester Collier, 37, of the 2100 block of Huntington Creek Road in Nathalie, is wanted for attempted malicious wounding and grand larceny. He's described as black, 6-1, 157 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Around 10 a.m., police responded to the scene for a reported assault. The woman, 23, said she and Collier, an acquaintance, were involved in an argument that escalated. She said he held a knife against her neck while threatening to harm her. They eventually separated, after which he took her phone and left the residence.
