7-Eleven Robbery Suspect Seen Driving Stolen Mercedes: Police

A man robbed a 7-Eleven in Woodbridge Sunday, leaving an employee with minor injuries, according to the Prince William County police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man robbed a 7-Eleven in Woodbridge Sunday morning, leaving an employee with minor injuries, according to the Prince William County Police Department.

At around 5:15 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to the 7-Eleven on Cardinal Drive in Woodbridge to investigate a robbery. A store employee told the police that an unknown man entered the store and eventually went into a restricted area where tobacco products were stored.

During the encounter, the suspect pushed the employee to the ground before leaving the store with the tobacco products. The store employee followed the suspect and saw him flee in a dark-colored Mercedes sedan.

In their investigation, the Prince William County police learned that the suspect’s vehicle was stolen earlier that morning from a residence in Dumfries. The police said their investigating is ongoing.

The suspect is described as a light-skinned black male, 20 to 28 years old. He was last seen wearing a blue-hooded sweatshirt, gray pants with a white stripe on the side, and white
sneakers, the police said.
