Doctor Charged With Aggravated Sexual Battery Against Patient in PWC Clinic

A 48-year-old Stafford doctor has been charged with aggravated sexual battery against a patient at his Woodbridge clinic.

WOODBRIDGE, VA – A Stafford County doctor wanted by police in connection with a sexual assault that occurred at his clinic in Woodbridge has been found and arrested, according to Prince William County Police.

Pascal Bobga Ngongmon, 48, of Stafford, was arrested on Tuesday by Stafford County deputies and charged with aggravated sexual battery. He is accused of inappropriately touching a woman at his practice at the Optimal Sleep and Weight Loss Clinic at 13000 Harbor Center Drive on April 1.

According to Prince William County police, the victim, a 42-year-old woman, was receiving treatment at the clinic when she was inappropriately touched by her doctor, Ngongmon, the department said in an incident report shared with Patch.

An arrest warrant was issued for Ngongmon on May 13. He was taken into custody 6 days later and is being held without bond. His court date is pending.
