Woodbridge Man Accused Of Sexually Abusing 11-Year-Old: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A 34-year-old Woodbridge man is accused of sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl multiple times between March 2016 and March 2017. According to police, Franklin Adam Flores was arrested Monday on multiple charges including rape.

Flores was arrested following an investigation during which Prince William County police learned Flores allegedly sexually assaulted a female family member, who was 11 years old at the time, on more than one occasion. According to police, the assaults took place at a home in Woodbridge.

The girl recently reported the incidents, which prompted the investigation, police said.

Flores is facing charges including one count of rape, one count of aggravated sexual battery, and two counts of object sexual penetration. He currently is in jail without bond.
