Woodbridge Man Arrested After Pointing Gun At Fellow Driver: Cops
Alfredo Ochoa Jr., 31, faces a weapons charge after police said he was involved in an early-morning argument with a driver in Woodbridge.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A 31-year-old Woodbridge man remains in custody after he was arrested Tuesday following an early-morning altercation with another driver in Woodbridge in which police said he pointed a gun at the driver before being apprehended by police.
Alfredo Ochoa Jr. faces a criminal charge of brandishing a weapon after police said he and another driver became involved in the argument shortly after 6 a.m. on Tuesday. Prince William County Police said they were flagged down by a motorist on Jefferson Davis Highway said that he and another driver — later identified as Ochoa — turned onto Jefferson Davis Highway at the same time, police said Wednesday.
Ochoa then confronted the other driver and the two became involved in an argument as both drivers continued down the highway, police said. The person told police that Ochoa then pointed a gun at him before the other driver noticed a police officer in the area. The driver was able to alert police to the situation before officers stopped Ochoa’s vehicle and pulled him over, police said.

Ochoa was arrested and charged and his being held on $1,500 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on the charge on March 30.
