Khak Prang won $100,000 after matching all five numbers, 11-12-14-25-34, in a "Cash 5" drawing. He bought the winning ticket in Fairfax.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — A resident was announced this week as the top winner in the Feb. 19 "Cash 5" drawing by the Virginia Lottery.
Khak Prang, of Woodbridge, won $100,000 after matching all five numbers: 11-12-14-25-34.
He bought the ticket at a Sunoco on 10619 Braddock Road in Fairfax.
