Woodbridge Woman Hit And Killed In Manassas

MANASSAS, VA — A female pedestrian was hit and killed Thursday morning while trying to cross Hoadly Road between Galveston Court and Apollo Drive, according to Prince William County Police. Juanita Nettina Menefee, 52, of Woodbridge, was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.

After arriving at the scene shortly before 7 a.m., police found that the driver of a 2012 Toyota Camry was headed north on Hoadly Road when she hit Menefee, who was not in a crosswalk. The driver, a 31-year-old Woodbridge woman, remained at the scene. No charges have been filed.
