1 Dead In Crash At Intersection Where Kent Officer Died
A four-car crash in Kent early Friday morning left one person dead. It's the same intersection where a Kent officer died July 22.

KENT, WA - One person died in a four-car crash along SR 516 in Kent early Friday morning. The crash happened at the same intersection where a Kent police officer was hit by a patrol car and killed last week.
The car that caused the Friday crash was going eastbound in the westbound lanes of SR 516, according to Washington State Patrol spokesman Trooper Rick Johnson. The driver of the vehicle was the one who died.
There were no other injuries in the three other vehicles involved in the crash, Johnson said. The crash had closed the intersection of SR 516 and Meeker Road.
