Mother, 2 Children Dead In Murder-Suicide Involving JBLM Airman
A father confessed to killing his two children and their mother before committing suicide early Tuesday morning, according to police.

SPANAWAY, WA - Two toddlers and their 33-year-old mother are dead in an apparent triple murder-suicide early Tuesday morning. The Pierce County Sheriff's Office reported that the suspect is the father, who committed suicide after calling 911 and stating he was responsible for the homicides.
The children, one boy and one girl, were both under five years old. The incident happened in the 5700 block of 209th St. SE near Graham. The children were killed in their beds, according to Pierce County Sheriff''s spokesman Ed Troyer.
Police said the father, 29, was a member of the Air Force who was stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.

Troyer said that police had not responded to the home before for any domestic violence issues.
