5 Dead After Jefferson County Cabin Explosion
An early morning fire is responsible for the death of a family of five.

BRINNON, WA - An early morning fire at an Olympic Peninsula cabin left five family members dead, KIRO 7 reported. Neighbors heard the explosion around 1 a.m., reporting to police that the hill was on fire and a rental cabin was gone. Firefighters later found the bodies of three children and two adults.
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office has requested help in the investigation from state police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
