Amber Alert Canceled After Boy Found With Grandfather
Police initially thought the boy had been duct taped and thrown into a car. He was with his grandfather the whole time.

TACOMA, WA - An Amber Alert issued for a 10-year-old Tacoma boy was canceled just before 7:30 p.m. Monday after the boy was found with his grandfather.
According to police, some kids saw the grandfather duct tape the boys legs and hands, and then put him in a car. So, they called police.
The grandfather told police he was restraining his grandson, who has special needs.
