20 Tons Of Chicken Feathers Spill On I-5, Causes 11 Mile Backup
A tractor trailer crash early Wednesday morning spread 40,000 lbs. of chicken feathers across the road and brought traffic to a standstill.

FEDERAL WAY, WA - A semi crash on northbound I-5 early Wednesday morning is going to cause headaches for your morning commute. WSDOT said the crash was near 320th Street in Federal Way and occurred at about 3:30 a.m.
Roughly 40,000 lbs., or 18 million, chicken feathers spilled on the road when the semi overturned.
WSDOT reported that as of 5:30 a.m., three lanes were still closed as crews clear the scene of the wreck and repair the guardrail. Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes.

The semi's driver was not hurt in the crash.

On I-5 northbound just south of S 320th St there is a collision blocking the 4 left lanes.
