Police Find Woman's Tooth Knocked Out During Assault
The woman lost a tooth during a violent assault inside a trailer near Roy. Police caught her attacker and got her tooth back.

ROY, WA - A violent and almost deadly assault at a trailer in rural Pierce County ended on a slightly positive note: with the arrest of the attacker, and the recovery of the victim's tooth.
Around 9 a.m. last Thursday, Pierce County deputies were called to a trailer in a rural area southeast of Roy. A woman called 911 to report that her friend beat her up and then fired a gun at her.
When deputies arrived, they found the woman crying and with one tooth missing. She told police she and her friend had been drinking that morning. All of a sudden, the friend jumped across the table and hit the woman. She fled the trailer, and he opened fire as she ran, firing up to seven shots, according to the Pierce County Sheriff's Office. The woman also told police her friend owned several guns and was a felon.
