KINGSTON – Community members and local businesses are invited to an open house to see proposed changes to State Route 104 in downtown Kingston. The proposal would relocate Washington State Ferry traffic to Northeast 1st Street in order to accommodate travelers heading to and from the Kingston Ferry Terminal.
