Hundreds have been sickened in a multi-state norovirus outbreak linked to oysters from British Columbia.

SEATTLE, WA - Washington residents are being warned to avoid raw oysters from Baynes Sound in British Columbia due to possible contamination. According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the oysters were shipped to Washington, and several other states.
The oysters are linked to an ongoing norovirus outbreak in Canada that has sickened almost 200 people. The FDA is asking retailers to stop selling Baynes Sound oysters harvested from the following locations: #1402060, #1411206, #1400483, and #278757.
Baynes Sound is located northwest of Vancouver.
