Suspect Crashes Car After Fleeing Kent Police
Officers were investigating a "female screaming for help inside the vehicle" before the pursuit.

KENT, WA - A driver who fled police officers crashed into another vehicle and was arrested Thursday night. Officers were investigating a "female screaming for help inside the vehicle." When they arrived, the vehicle sped away, according to a police report.
The chase ended at the intersection of South 240th Street and Pacific Highway South, where the suspect collided with another vehicle. The driver was arrested and the female passenger was not found. No one was injured in the crash.
