Thunderstorms, Showers All Week In Puget Sound: Forecast

SEATTLE, WA - What a difference a week makes. Puget Sound will go from the 80-degree temperatures and sun of last week and into a week full of rain, possible thunderstorms, and fall-like temperatures.

The best chance for thunderstorms will come late in the day on Tuesday and Wednesday. Aside from that, almost every day this week will have the same weather: clouds, showers, and temperatures at a high of about 65 .

Here's the full forecast from the National Weather Service:

Monday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 56. South wind 11 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.

Tuesday: Showers likely, with thunderstorms also possible after 2pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 64. South wind around 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Tuesday Night: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Cloudy, with a low around 54. South southwest wind 8 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Wednesday: A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 2pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 65. Southwest wind 5 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%.

Wednesday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 55. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Thursday: A 30 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 66.

Thursday Night: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 53.

Friday: A slight chance of showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 67.

Friday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 52.
