11 Saved In Bellevue Duckling Rescue
Bellevue firefighters and Bellevue High School students teamed up Monday for the rescue.

BELLEVUE, WA — No matter how small the emergency, Bellevue firefighters will do their best to respond.
On Monday, Bellevue High School students alerted firefighters at nearby Station 1 that a group of ducklings were trapped in a storm drain. Firefighters were able to pull 11 ducklings out of the drain and reunited them with the mother duck.
Sadly, one duckling did die during the rescue, according to Bellevue fire.
