2 Bellevue Men Arrested After Crossroads Park Shooting

The shooting happened around midnight on Sunday, leaving an 18-year-old and a 22-year-old with serious leg injuries.

BELLEVUE, WA — Bellevue police have arrested two city residents in connection to a shooting last weekend at Crossroads Park that left two other men with serious injuries.

According to police, the shooting happened around 12:15 a.m. Sunday. The two victims were sitting in a car when the two suspects drove up. The four men got into a shouting match, and one of the two suspects began shooting.

Police identified the two suspects, ages 19 and 22, based on descriptions given by witnesses and the victims. The suspects were arrested on charges of assault and rendering criminal assistance.

The two victims, ages 18 and 22, had serious foot and leg injuries. They were able to drive to Overlake Hospital for treatment.

Also this week, Bellevue police released photos of an SUV involved in a downtown-area shooting that happened around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday.
