2 Suspects Caught In Bellevue Rape, Robbery

A woman was attacked recently at a Bellevue hotel. Police arrested a Seattle man and a Federal Way man in connection to the crime.

BELLEVUE, WA - Bellevue detectives recently arrested two men connected to the robbery and rape of a woman who police believe is a victim of human trafficking.

The woman called police last Thursday evening to report the attack. She was staying at the Days Inn along 156th Ave Southeast. Through a Chinese interpreter, the woman told police what the two men did to her inside a room at the hotel.

"The woman is believed to be a victim of human trafficking and was targeted because the suspects know these types of incidents aren’t usually reported to police due the victim’s fear of being arrested or deported," Bellevue police wrote in a bulletin about the attack.
