6 Years Since Sky Metalwala Disappearance: Bellevue PD Seek Tips

Bellevue police are circulating an age-progressed photo of what Sky Metalwala might look now.

BELLEVUE, WA - On Nov. 6, 2011, 2-year-old Sky Metalwala disappeared from Bellevue and hasn't been seen since. On the sixth anniversary of the disappearance, Bellevue police are circulating a new age-progressed photo of Metalwala to show what he looks like now at age 7.

Six years ago, Metalwala's mother, Julia Biryukova, reported her son missing. Biryukova told police he had left the boy in her car while she went to get gas. The day after the disappearance, Biryukova stopped talking to police. Investigators discovered that her car was neither out of gas nor broken down.

Bellevue police believe Biryukova knows where Sky Metalwala is, and have urged her to come forward with any information she has.
