• Zahilay Proposes $100 Million For Parks, Greenspace And Land Conservation Across King County (seattlemedium.com) — Bellevue could see new greenspace tied to affordable family housing in Factoria under a $100 million King County conservation proposal that also funds dozens of park and habitat projects countywide. If approved by the County Council, the package would protect about 1,500 acres, expand parks access, restore salmon habitat, and permanently preserve farmland and trails using existing levy and conservation funds.
