Bellevue Appoints New Finance Director
The new director formerly worked for King County, but has worked for Bellevue since 2011.

BELLEVUE, WA - The interim Finance Director has been appointed to the job permanently.
City Manager Brad Miyake appointed Toni Call as the city's new finance director last week. Call began working for Bellevue in 2011 as budget manager. She later became assistant finance director, and became interim finance director in May.
More recently, Call worked on the $120 million fire facilities levy and the transportation levy (known as Proposition 1 and Proposition 2), which voters approved in November. Call also helped build the 2017-18 city budget.

"Through her years with the city, Toni continuously demonstrated her broad fiscal knowledge and financial stewardship as well as her strong commitment to public service," Miyake said in a press release. "With a $1.5 billion biennial budget, Bellevue needs an astute finance director who is forward-thinking, fiscally responsible, and emphasizes achieving community outcomes. Toni fit the requirements to a T."
Call is a longtime Bellevue resident. She previously worked for King County in finance roles, including as the deputy director of the Office of Performance, Strategy, and Budget.
