Bellevue College Evacuated After Email Threat

BELLEVUE, WA — The Bellevue College campus was evacuated Thursday afternoon after the school received a threat via email, according to Bellevue police.
The person suspected of making the threat was arrested by Duvall police in that city just before 5 p.m., according to police.
The college sent a campus-wide alert on Thursday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. The school said the main and north campuses would remain closed for the rest of the day.
"Immediate evacuation of Bellevue College Main and North Campus is required. Please depart the campus in a safe and orderly manner, but remain alert and cautious," the evacuation order read.
