Bellevue Food Truck Closed By King County Public Health
The food truck was closed by health inspectors on Friday, according to King County.

BELLEVUE, WA - King County health inspectors closed a Bellevue-based food truck on Friday for a number of violations. Munch Boss, which is based at 13226 Southeast 30th St., travels around the Seattle-Bellevue area, and is sometimes seen in the South Lake Union area.
According to King County, health inspectors closed the truck due to the following violations:
- Potentially hazardous foods at unsafe temperatures
- Inadequate facilities to control temperature of potentially hazardous food, hot holding
- Poor personal hygiene practices - handwashing
- Handwashing facilities not working
- Imminent health hazard: hand and dishwashing sinks not working
Despite the closure, Munch Boss has favorable ratings on Yelp. Reviewers note that much of the food is made from scratch.

"Munch Boss serves Taiwanese items like pork stew rice, fried pork chop and boba tea. I decided to get the Munch Boss fish fillet bento. There was a bit of a wait as they actually make it when you order it, as opposed to some trucks in South Lake Union which serve you warmed up food that was prepared earlier," one reviewer wrote.
