Bellevue Police Seek Witnesses In Serious Coal Creek Crash
Two people were hospitalized with serious injuries Wednesday after a crash in the Coal Creek area.

BELLEVUE, WA — Bellevue detectives are seeking witnesses who saw a Wednesday morning crash that left two people hospitalized with serious injuries. Police closed southbound lanes of Coal Creek Parkway at Forest Drive around 7 a.m., and closures remained in place for nearly four hours while the investigation continued.
The stretch of road has been the site of several crashes in recent years, including a three-car collision with serious injuries back in March.
The police department shared several photos of the scene on social media Wednesday, showing a blue SUV and a silver sedan with major damage. Investigators are looking to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash, with a particular interest in the silver vehicle.
