Bichon Frise Attack Reported In Bellevue
The 1-year-old Bichon Frise, it turns out, was up-to-date on all its shots, Bellevue police said.

BELLEVUE, WA — For National Dog Day 2019, we bring you a tale of canine terror. Last Friday, an unsuspecting Bellevue resident was beset by a 1-year-old Bichon Frise out for blood, according to Bellevue police.
The attack happened close to 7 p.m. along 154th Avenue Southeast near Phantom Lake. The toy dog came out of nowhere, and sunk its teeth into the victim's ankle, inflicting what Bellevue police called "superficial scratches."
The victim did not require any medical attention. The dog, it turns out, was totally up to date on all its shots. An officer took a report for documentation purposes.

Order Violation, 12600 block of Southeast 42nd Street
The suspect violated a protection order at his girlfriend’s residence for the fifth time in the last 54 days. The suspect fled before officers arrived and could not be located. The officer forwarded felony charges to the King County Prosecutor based on two previous convictions for order violations in his criminal history. The suspect also has an active felony warrant for dangerous drugs.
Aug. 20
Road Rage Assault, 11200 block of Northeast 10th Street
An officer was called to investigate a road rage incident between two motorists which eventually turned into a roadside assault after both drivers exited their vehicles. One subject was summonsed for 2 counts of assault and provoking assault. Video footage from street cameras captured portions of the incident. Traffic units assisted in the investigation.
Aug. 21
Assault, I-405 and Northeast 4th Street
The suspect was aggressively panhandling and scared several drivers. Officers contacted the suspect who chose to take several chugs from his wine. After being detained, the suspect decided to kick officers causing him to be taken to the ground. The suspect cut his face and knees. He was cleared at the hospital, arrested, and booked into jail.
Mental Health, 100 block of 108th Avenue Northeast
The subject was reported to be “out of her mind” on cold medication. The officer confirmed she was hallucinating. The subject was out of control and restrained by medics. She was taken to the hospital.
Aug. 23
Weapons/Malicious Mischief, 114th Avenue Northeast and 1-405
The suspect shot his pellet gun at the victim’s car numerous times while the victim sat at a red light. The suspect was also carrying a large knife on his belt. He was uncooperative with police. He was arrested and booked into jail.
Search Warrant, 450 110th Ave. Northeast
Officers served a search warrant on the car that a suspect was driving. The suspect was arrested on her warrants on 08/11/19 and a warrant was issued for her vehicle. During the search of the vehicle, officers located and seized a Smith & Wesson .44 loaded revolver, 1 Raven .25 Semi-auto pistol, 2.0 grams of heroin, various drug paraphernalia, and ID theft documents. The suspect was charged with Unlawful Possession of a firearm, Drugs, and Investigation for ID theft.
Burglary, 15000 block of Main Street
An unidentified suspect entered L.A. Fitness and then made entry into a secured locker in the locker room. The suspect took multiple forms of identification and credit cards from the victim’s property. Later, there were multiple fraudulent purchases made on the victim’s accounts. This is consistent with a string of similar crimes that have been occurring.
Aug. 24
Car Theft/Drugs/Warrant/Possession Stolen Property, 500 block of Bellevue Way Northeast
Two suspects stole the victim’s Tesla in Seattle when the keys were left in the visor. The suspects drove to Bellevue where they were tracked by the victim on an app. One suspect was booked into jail for warrants and is pending drug and possession of stolen property charges. The other suspect was booked into jail for possession of stolen property. Numerous felony charges are pending on both suspects.
