  1. Step back & discover my own exceptional story - Write 2-3 sentences that truly highlights who you are as a person & a brand. Is your story an exceptional one?
  2. Understand who my ideal client really is –  Do you REALLY know your customer.  Write a detailed description, as detailed as you would about your own best friend.  How does your brand connect with your ideal customer?
  3. Launch (or re-Launch) my Social Media presence in a strategic & effective manner – Did you know that most customers rely on Social Media and Online reviews to make a purchase decision.   If you have not defined your local social media strategy, it is time to do it now.
  4. Monitor & respond to my customers online feedback – What you are your customers REALLY saying about you.   A negative review left unanswered could be hurting your business.  Get online and find out what is being said about you
  5. Learn how to read and understand my metrics – If you don’t measure the results of your actions you will never know if what you did worked or not.  Define your success metrics and then learn to collect & read your metrics.  Once you learn how to use them, you’ll quickly appreciate the insights they can provide.

Happy 2013 Everyone!
