Bellevue "Mall Walking" Schnitzel on One Rainy Day

We took our dog Schnitzel to Bellevue Square mall for a walk yesterday.

Yes, I know that Schnitzel felt dis-appointed by all the dis-heartening and dis-couraging dis-welcome signs at the mall entrances. Quadrupedal canine accompaniment is apparently frowned upon for those consumers desiring to uplift our economy in pursuit of mall-ish materialism.

But fortunately there was another solution that would provide us a place to walk, and a place out of the rain, for our beloved Schnau-Tzu – the parking structure! Three to four stories (count em’!) of covered dry concrete whose upper and rear sections stood largely empty and offered Schnitzel abundant rain-free room to roam.

So sad. Due to mall pet policy we could not spend any money in the Bellevue Square mall in pursuit of matters materialistic.

But Schnitzel enjoyed a rainy Bellevue afternoon outside and out of the rain with us. And so did we.
