Comcast has opened its Xfinity store in Factoria after closing for remodeling in October. To celebrate the re-opening, Comcast will offer surprise giveaways to store customers starting today through a celebration event on Friday, November 19 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., which will include festivities and “Spin-to Win” prizes.

Located at 3630 Factoria Blvd SE, Bellevue, WA 98006, the remodeled retail location offers customers a welcoming and modern retail environment that highlights the complete line of Xfinity technology offerings, including Xfinity X1, Xfinity Home, Xfinity Internet, Flex and Xfinity Mobile. The store also offers Comcast Business Mobile that provides small-to-medium sized businesses with unlimited data and 5G included for as low as $24 per line with ten lines.

There are three Xfinity stores in Bellevue, including a premier 8,400-square-foot retail center at Bellevue Square, aimed at making the experience better and more convenient for local customers. In addition to experiencing Comcast’s industry-leading products and services, customers may receive support, turn in used equipment, pay their bills and more.

“We're so excited to welcome customers back to our remodeled space,” said Carrie Graham, Manager, Xfinity Retail store in Factoria. “Our remodeled store will also deliver a best-in-class retail shopping experience, built to encourage customers to explore and interact with the latest Xfinity products and services.”

Bellevue is among the cities and towns in Washington where Comcast has expanded broadband service to more than 11,000 additional homes and businesses during the first half of 2021. The expansion is the latest example of the company’s work to connect local communities to broadband Internet resources.

The new Xfinity retail store is the latest example of the company’s ongoing investment in Washington state. Comcast has invested nearly $1 billion in technology and infrastructure in Washington during the last three years, including upgrades to our broadband network.

The Xfinity retail store in Factoria will be open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Customers can check the hours of their local store and book appointments in advance by visiting xfinitystores.com.
