Couple Get 'Lucky' At Bellevue Mall, Then Arrested For Dancing
They were caught having sex in a jeans store dressing room. Police later found the same couple dancing in a downtown Bellevue street.
BELLEVUE, WA — A man and a woman had a whirlwind romance in Bellevue last week that ended when the couple were whisked away to jail.
Last Wednesday around 2:30 p.m., Bellevue police responded to the Lucky Brand jeans store at Bellevue Square on a report of a man and woman having sex in a dressing room. The officer stopped them, and issued trespass notices.
But that wasn't the end of the escapade.

A few hours later around 6 p.m. and two blocks north of Bellevue Square, police got a call about a man and a woman dancing in the middle of Northeast 10th Street. When police arrived, they realized it was the same couple that were getting lucky in the Lucky Brand store.
Police arrested them on disorderly conduct charges.

April 8
Warrant arrest, 500 block of 116TH AVE NE
Officers responded to a report of a subject that had gone into the men’s bathroom to shoot up heroin. In the process, he overdosed and fell in the bathroom. Police and fire responded. Officers discovered that the subject had a felony warrant. The subject was transported to the hospital for treatment and later transported to jail and booked.
Domestic disturbance, 15200 block of NE 16th Place
The suspect and victim, who are in dating relationship, were involved in an argument that turned physical. The suspect was gone when police arrived but talked to officers on phone and provided a fake name and date of birth. Officers discovered the real identity of suspect. Snohomish County Sheriff Deputies located the suspect near Everett and arrested him. The suspect was transferred to the custody of BPD Officers and booked into jail.
April 9
Malicious mischief, Northeast 2nd and 106the Ave NE
The victim called to report that an unknown subject was on the roof of his car jumping up and down yelling and screaming. Officers arrived and the suspect was taken into custody and identified. The suspect was booked into jail.
Court order violation, 100 block of 151st Place SE
Officers responded to a residence to investigate a possible burglary in progress. The victim heard noises near the garage. Officers located the victim’s son/suspect in the garage. There was an active protection order mandating the suspect stay away from the residence. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.
April 10
Threats, 13600 block of SE 43rd Place
An Officer responded to a report of a Lyft driver making threats to the employees at the Lyft corporate headquarters in Tennessee. Report taken.
April 12
Theft/drugs, 1600 block of 140th Ave NE
An officer was following up on a theft that occurred the day prior. While the officer was in the store, the known suspect was in the store as well. Officers contacted the suspect regarding the theft and placed him under arrest. A search revealed suspected methamphetamines. The suspect was booked into jail for the theft, drug charges are pending.
DUI, NE 8th St and 116th Ave NE
The Officer observed a vehicle drive through a red light. The Officer stopped the car and determined the driver was impaired. The driver was arrested for DUI and the vehicle was impounded.
April 13
Voyeurism, 500 block of Bellevue Way NE
A witness reported an adult male taking “upskirt” photos of a female. The suspect left prior to police arrival. Case forwarded to detectives for information.
April 14
Domestic disturbance, 1300 block of 145th Place SE
The suspect and victim are in a dating relationship. The victim had plans to end their relationship today and began arguing on the phone. The suspect then arrived at the victim’s home and she called police. When police arrived they observed the male assaulting the female. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.
Domestic disturbance, 14700 block of NE 35th St.
A husband and wife became involved in an altercation in the parking lot of their apartment complex after she discovered that he was with another woman. She caused damage to the car that he was occupying and assaulted him. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail. A second suspect (a friend of the suspect that was arrested) was also arrested after she charged past an officer and into the scene despite numerous prior warnings to stay away from the investigation.
